Amendment of statutes
§ 1.
The following amendments are to be made in the statutes of the University of Aarhus, which were approved by the Danish Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation on 10 September 2004:
1.
Section 26 subsection (3) shall be worded as follows:
Subsection (3). Section 24 subsection (1), subsection (2) item ii, subsection (3) and subsection (7) shall also apply when appointing pro-rectors. In addition, section 24 subsection (2) item i shall apply when appointing the pro-rector who is to act as a substitute for the rector pursuant to subsection (1).
§ 2.
This amendment of the statutes shall apply from the moment it is approved.
