Performance Ranking of Scientific Papers for World Universities
National Taiwan University Ranking evaluates both short-term and long-term research performance by focusing exclusively on scientific paper performance, with an emphasis on recent performance (50 % of the indicators measure performance within the last two years).
The ranking is based on the following indicators:
- Number of articles of the last 11 years (10%)
- Number of articles of the current year (15%)
- Number of citations of the last 11 years (15%)
- Number of citations of the last 2 years (10%)
- Average number of citations of the last 11 years (10%)
- H-index of the last 2 years (10%)
- Number of highly cited papers (15%)
- Number of articles of the current year in high-impact journals (15%)
