Thank you for attending the rector’s summer speech and welcome reception for Pro-rector Søren E. Frandsen

Aarhus as European Capital of Culture 2017

The Municipality of Aarhus is working towards being nominated as the European Capital of Culture in 2017. Dean Bodil Due (Faculty of Humanities) has been appointed to represent the University of Aarhus in a cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Task force for internationalisation

As previously mentioned in this newsletter, a task force has been appointed regarding the international area. The task force is holding its first all-day meeting on Tuesday 24 June at the Aarslev Kro and Hotel.
