External Board member Gitte Ørskou
Gitte Ørskou (b. 1971) has been museum director at KUNSTEN - Museum of Modern Art Aalborg since 2009. Before that, she was head curator at the art museum ARoS in Aarhus. Gitte Ørskou has an MA (mag.art.) in art history from Aarhus University (2001), and she is still associated with the Department of Aesthetic Studies at Aarhus University as an external examiner. She is also a member of the Danish Arts Council's Committee for International Visual Arts and a member of the board of the Aarhus Festival.
