Akademisk koordinator til Hospitalsenhed Midt 953613

Institut for Klinisk Medicin har – i et tæt samarbejde med hospitalerne – det overordnede ansvar for forskning samt undervisning af medicinstuderende i hospitalsregi i Region Midtjylland. Hovedparten af forskningen foregår på Aarhus Universitetshospital, men med stigende aktivitet på regionshospitalerne. Til at integrere forskningssamarbejdet mellem universitetshospitalet og regionshospitalerne i rammen af Institut for Klinisk Medicin er der ansat en akademisk koordinator til hver hospitalsenhed i Region Midtjylland.

Der søges en akademisk koordinator til Hospitalsenhed Midt, som kombineres med en forskningschefstilling på Hospitalsenhed Midt, med forventet tiltrædelse pr. 1. april 2018 eller snarest derefter.

Som akademisk koordinator forventes det, at du varetager følgende opgaver:

• Arbejdet som overordnet facilitator og koordinator for forskningsindsatsen på regionshospitalsenheden
• Strategisk rådgivning af afdelings- og hospitalsledelsen mht. forskningsindsatsen
• Rådgivning om hospitalets forskningsbudget

Endelig forventes det, at du kan dokumentere forskning inden for eget område.
 
Der forventes et tæt ledelsesmæssigt samarbejde mellem den akademiske koordinator og hospitalsledelsen hvad angår de forsknings- og undervisningsmæssige forhold på regionshospitalet, og som følge heraf har den akademiske koordinator ledelsesmæssige beføjelser overfor det på regionshospitalet ansatte VIP-personale tilknyttet Institut for Klinisk Medicin, hvad angår forsknings- og undervisningsmæssige forhold.

Undervisningstilrettelæggelse vedrørende den prægraduate undervisning varetages af semesterkoordineringsprofessorerne og studielederen på Health i samarbejde med den akademiske koordinator.

Stillingerne ønskes besat af en læge, der har speciallægeanerkendelse eller en person med anden sundhedsfaglig baggrund. Vedkommende vil blive bedømt som lektor på videnskabelig kvalifikation og uddannelse samt ledelseserfaring.

Den akademiske koordinator refererer til lederen af Institut for Klinisk Medicin.

Den akademiske koordinator ansættes som 20 % lektor ved Institut for Klinisk Medicin for en 5-årig periode.

Stillingen er samlet set én stilling, med en delt ansættelse på Hospitalsenhed Midt og ved Institut for Klinisk Medicin. Det er derfor et krav at der sendes to ansøgninger – ansøgninger der kun er modtaget til den ene stilling, vil ikke blive taget i betragtning. Required qualifications

Appointment as an associate professor requires research and teaching qualifications at such level as can be attained following a satisfactory period of appointment as an assistant professor, but which could also be achieved otherwise. It is assumed that applicants have received supervision and training in university education and have received a positive written assessment of their teaching qualifications.

  • The appointment is in accordance with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (Akademikerne).
  • Remuneration is in accordance with the above, and the Salary agreement catalogue for staff at Health.

A maximum of ten of the publications of greatest relevance to the job must be submitted. If you have an assessment within the same job title (completed after March 1, 2016 at AU, Health), then this can be attached to the application.
