Accommodation Service - What is it?
AU disposes of six rooms in Det Nye Emdrupborg Kollegium – a residence close to campus. If it is not possible to offer you one of these rooms we will try to find you suitable accommodation elsewhere – this will most likely be at a private landlord.
There are some conditions under which the International Centre offers this service, which you are to read very carefully.
Mediate contact
The International Centre is only in charge of arranging the contact between you and the landlord, and therefore any legal issues are a matter between you and the landlord.
One offer
We are only able to give you one housing offer. If you for some reason choose to reject this offer, we will not be able to provide you with a new one, which means that you will have to find accommodation on your own.
Deadlines
You will be given deadlines regarding:
- when you have to apply for accommodation
- when you have to confirm the housing offer
- when you have to pay your deposit
If you do not abide by these deadlines the International Centre is permitted to cancel the housing offer without further notice.
