When you have submitted your application you will receive a confirmation email which states that your application has been received. This can take a couple of days, we therefore thank you for your patience.

After your application has been received it will be processed and we will try to find suitable accommodation for you.

Once we have found accommodation for you, you will receive an email, which provides information regarding the rent, deposit, rental period, address and a deadline for the housing offer.

If the housing offer is a private lease then the email will contain contact information on your landlord, whom you yourself are to contact immediately to arrange the tenancy.

You have to contact both your landlord and the housing office at housing@adm.au.dk to accept or reject the offer.

If the housing offer is a room at the student dormitory in Emdrup you will have to email your acceptance to housing@adm.au.dk and pay a prepaid housing deposit of 2.000 DDK before the given deadline.

As the housing situation in Copenhagen is very problematic, it is very important that you check your email account regularly and answer your mails regarding housing promptly, in order to ensure that you do not accidentally miss out on a housing offer.
