Management Secretariat

The Management Secretariat provides administrative and advisory support to the highest level of university governance and management, which includes the Board and the senior management group.
The Management Secretariat works closely with the staff of the Senior Management Group Secretariat, and provides the following forms of support:
- Strategic advice and analytic support in the context of change management and organisational development; preparation and evaluation of the university strategy and the university development contract; international benchmarking and other strategically significant areas.
- Legal assistance and advice on topics such as the University Act, the Articles of Association and rules of procedure; advice and assistance on other legal issues, including claims for compensation, contracts, copyright, academic degrees and matters of administrative law.
- Administrative support for a range of standing and temporary committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes, as well as follow-up. Preparation of presentations, memos, reports, and other materials.
