Legal advice
The Management Secretariat advises university management, the main academic areas and the central administration on legal matters, and has special expertise in the law of university governance and public administration.
Topics and issues on which the secretariat provides legal advice and assistance include compensation and insurance, copyright, foundations, doctoral degrees, PhD regulations and complaints.
The secretariat is also responsible for maintaining and publishing the collected rules and regulations of the university, including the university’s own policies and guidelines in addition to relevant external material (such as acts of the Danish Parliament, executive orders and circulars).
