Secretarial functions

The Management Secretariat provides administrative support for the Board, the Rector's Office, university management and Universitets-Samvirket. The Secretariat also serves the four cross-university ties and FALK (the central administration senior management group). 

Duties and functions include organising meetings, preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up as well as preparing presentations, memos, reports and other materials.

The secretariat also supports several temporary committees, working groups and foundations. It also conducts internal consultations in connection with the Rector’s appointment of university representatives to external boards, councils, commissions and foundations.

The secretariat also coordinates and processes applications to private research foundations and governmental research councils and pools.
