Application process for housing assistance in Aarhus through the International Housing Office
Please follow these steps:
- Fill in and submit the Housing assistance form for international AIAS Fellows. In order to best help you, we kindly ask you to submit the form for housing assistance as soon as possible.
- You will be appointed a contact person at the International Housing Office, from whom you will receive an email stating that we have received your application. To simplify things for you, all further correspondence related to housing will be via your appointed contact person.
- At this point, we will filter through the available offers that we have received or are able to find through other housing portals/private rental companies, and contact you regarding any that are relevant.
- If you are offered accommodation and you sign a contract with a landlord, please inform the International Housing Office of this by sending an email to housing@adm.au.dk. Following this we will close your current housing case, although you are always welcome to contact us should you require any housing related help in the future.
