How can we help?

Due to fact that Aarhus University has limited accommodation facilities available, we are unable to provide a housing guarantee to incoming researchers. However, we do offer our guarantee that you will be provided with a single contact person who can offer you all the necessary information and personal guidance in order to find suitable accommodation in Aarhus. 

What does our housing assistance consist of?

• Personalised help where you will have one contact person available to you for all your housing related questions
• Help is provided face-to-face at our office, by e-mail or by phone, so that you can receive the help you need before you arrive in Aarhus as well as after you have arrived
• Helping you find your way around all the various options for short-term or long-term accommodation
• Guiding you through the setup of accounts on various housing portals
• Providing advice on where to live, in accordance to your wishes and needs
• Filtering through offers that we receive from landlords and offers found online, and suggesting the most relevant ones to you
• Helping you with any language barriers that you may encounter during your housing search. For instance, helping you understand your housing contract
