Complaining about your rent
If you are paying too much rent, you can complain to the Rent Tribunal (Huslejenævnet) in the municipality where you live. It costs a small fee to complain to the Rent Tribunal.
You should submit a written complaint with a letter that briefly states the subject matter of your complaint. You also need to include the lease and any other relevant documents. You can write in English to the Rent Tribunal, however they will respond in Danish.
