In order to gain access to the online application you must first create an account on the self service system. If you are having trouble with this, please see the following instructions:

Please read these instructions carefully to ensure your application is filled out correctly. Please note that application procedures vary slightly from campus to campus so be sure to select the instructions that relate to the campus you will apply to.

 

Documents to be attached with your online application:

  • Official transcript of records from your home university (must be in pdf format)

Your transcript of records is a list of grades from courses you have completed at your home university. Please note that your application cannot be submitted until you have uploaded your transcript of records .  

 

Processing your application

We do our best to process your application as fast as possible. However, due to the high-demand, it may take a few weeks. You can always check the status of your application by logging into the online Self-Service. This tool gives you access to updated information regarding:

  • Your program of study
  • Your mentor
  • Your accommodation

 

After acceptance

Once you have been accepted, the International Centre will send you a welcome page with the following:

  • Letter of admission
  • Student guide
  • Documents needed to submit an application for a residence permit (for non-EU applicants)
  • Map of the campus and the city
  • Tourist information
