United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)
ECTS: 10. Level: Master. Date: 5-30 August. Venue: Aarhus.
The aim of the course is firstly that during the course the students gain: 1.a profound knowledge of the rules and principles of the CISG, 2.a reasonable knowledge of the international theory and jurisprudence on CISG, 3. an understanding of the comparative terminology used. Secondly, after the course the student must be able to: 1. identify, analyze and estimate contract formation and sales law problems, 2.and furthermore give a reasonably grounded proposal for solutions thereof. E-Commerce Law
ECTS: 10. Level: Master. Date: 5-30 August. Venue: Aarhus.
The main focus will be EU law, and the international obligations of the EU. Taking the global nature of e-commerce into account, the EU approach will be supplemented by other relevant international law and inspiring national governmental or self regulatory systems. Course offered by Department of Law. Course description.
