Lean LaunchPad

The process enables the PhD-student to design the business model of any proposed startup company.

The course consists of 7 workshops (two hours each) with possibility for individual guidance. Workshops are focused on business model design and customer discovery.

Participants start their customer research process based on Business Model Canvas. Thereby the course strives towards testing the hypotheses that PhD-students have about their potential end-users, partners and value propositions.

Participants conduct 5-10 interviews each week and present the results for other participants and facilitators. The course aims to improve the Product-market-fit and to minimize the amount of risks for the new start-up companies.
