Profile

I am a pedagogical consultant at the Centre for Educational Development (CED), Aarhus University, where I work at the intersection of teaching, educational development, and research in higher education pedagogy.

I teach and supervise on Aarhus University's university pedagogical programmes for academic staff and support the development of teaching and educational practices through workshops, supervision, and collegial learning processes. My work focuses on creating opportunities for reflective practice, peer dialogue, and the development of a shared pedagogical language.

My research explores how faculty development can strengthen teaching quality, collegial collaboration, and educational cultures in higher education. I have a particular interest in collective approaches to faculty development, including collective academic supervision, peer feedback, teaching communities, supervision practices, and feedback literacy. Across both my educational practice and research, I am interested in designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions that support sustainable pedagogical development in higher education.

Job responsibilities

I primarily work with teaching development focusing on student engagement, dialogue, and feedback, as well as supervision. I provide advice and sparring to teachers at AU and teach a wide range of courses, including the University Pedagogical Programme where I teach supervision.

I also engage in research in Higher Education Development with a particular focus on the professional development of teachers and pedagogical interventions.
