I have been the Head of Secretariat at the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health and a member of the department's management team since 2019. I hold a Master's degree (cand.scient.pol.) in Political Science.
I set the direction for the administrative support and strategic development of research and education at the Department of Dentistry and Oral Health. With leadership responsibility for 17 secretariat staff, I work purposefully to develop efficient processes, ensure strong governance, and implement solutions that support the department’s goals and long-term development. In addition, I prioritise building and maintaining strong, trust-based collaborations—both within Aarhus University and with external partners.
