I am a PhD student at the Department of Public Health, Aarhus University. My research focuses on leadership development, with a particular emphasis on physicians — the subject of my PhD project. I am a medical doctor by training and have clinical experience from the emergency department, general practice, and clinical biochemistry.
My work includes qualitative research focusing on physicians’ approaches to leadership development. In addition, I actively contribute to the department’s teaching in public health for medical students.
