I am a medical doctor and a researcher in rheumatology, currently working on Danish referral and triage systems with a focus on musculoskeletal symptoms and inflammatory arthritis. Within this field, I investigate how referral and triage systems can be optimized, particularly through the implementation of AI and other digital health solutions, to facilitate earlier diagnosis and timely initiation of appropriate treatment.
Prior to this work, my research focus was Polymyalgia Rheumatica.
