As an instructor in the dental hygiene program, I am committed to providing students with a learning environment that prioritizes well-being, trust, and respect for each other’s differences. This ensures an academic level where everyone can participate, contribute, and embrace the fact that they are students in a learning process.
I graduated as a dental hygienist in 1990, have completed a systemic project management education, and am also trained as a Stress and Well-being Advisor.
I have worked in both municipal and private practice in Denmark and Sweden.
My primary work involves clinical teaching of dental hygiene students across all semesters, as well as teaching occupational health, ergonomics and oral radiology.
I am responsible for the 4th-semester external internship, international internships, and serve as the academic coordinator for student exchanges.
Additionally, I am an elected occupational health and safety representative and a member of the sustainability committee and the local occupational health and safety committee.
