Primære arbejdsopgaver relateret til digitalisering og implementering af nye it-systemer, strukturering af arbejdsgange/forretningsprocesser på tværs af team, brugere, afdeling eller Aarhus Universitet i sin helhed.
Fokus på etablering af overblik og stuktur i de projekter, hvor jeg er/har været invorveret samt de gode brugeroplevelse.
As the CRM system administrator, I work, among other things with the following areas of responsibility:
Digitization projects/assignments across the department
License management and security roles
Onboarding of new user and departments
Implementation of new systems
Business processes across our teams, users and our department
Guidance and training both internally and for the end user/departments
