As a data manager at the National Center for Register-based Research (NCRR), I work specifically with research data, including register data for health and social science research projects. In my work, I support researchers in all phases towards data access, i.e. everything from selecting relevant data to applying for permits from relevant authorities to and generating finished analysis-ready datasets.
I am continuously working to improve the counseling that I and my data management colleagues can offer. This includes developing our procedures, communicating via the website and expanding the data knowledge base we possess. In addition, my portfolio of tasks includes maintaining our project database and tasks related to data security.
