I do research in causes of overweight in children and adolescents, with a particular interest in uncovering the complex relationships between the various factors they are exposed to and the development of overweight. The goal is to generate knowledge that can contribute to better prevention and intervention in the future. Before starting my Ph.D., I worked as a clinical dietitian and completed a master's degree in health sciences
I conduct statistical analyses, prepare data, and write scientific articles, as well as present my results both orally and in writing. Additionally, I teach courses in statistics and epidemiology.
