As an operations and maintenance coordinator, I work primarily with operations and building services. I am a mechanical engineer.
On a daily basis, I work on structuring and following up on service contracts, handling tasks in the FM system (DALUX), carrying out technical projects and renovation tasks, preparing descriptions and manuals for technical systems, and annual and statutory inspections of technical systems.
