I am a postdoc conducting research in innate immunology. In my work, I am particularly interested in how various immunological pathways and cell types contribute to protection against infectious disease. I obtained my PhD in immunology and molecular biology from the University of Oslo, and have experience with a broad range of techniques, including primary cell cultivation, cell model-based assays, in vivo models and various immune assays.
My job responsibilities are planning, performing and analyzing laboratory experiments, writing scientific publications and funding applications. I also present my work in recurrent group meetings and in conferences.
