I am an academic advisor at Health Studies, responsible for case management tasks.
I hold a Master’s degree in English (cand.mag.) from Aarhus University.
Within case management, I handle applications for exemptions, credit transfers, and complaints, as well as hearings. Additionally, I work on the development and quality assurance of existing workflows and the implementation of new case management processes.
