At the Department of Forensic Medicine, I contribute to research on risk factors for child abuse. Drawing on my anthropological background, qualitative methods, and an ethnographic perspective, I investigate individual experiences of abuse, its consequences, and the barriers to seeking help afterwards. My work aims to generate insights that strengthen the understanding, detection, and prevention of child abuse.
