As a researcher I am interested in psychosocial work environment. In my PhD project I primarily involved in prevention and treatment of work-related stress. I have a degree in Psychology and have experience with research in the mental health consequences of organizational changes.
I teach in work-related mental illmesses and public mental health on both Medicine, Public Health, and Psychology. Using case-based teaching and group work, my goal is the the student to obtail the ability to critically reflect on evidence, own practice, and public health issues.
My primary area of responsibility is interventions for work-related stress including a comparison of a therapist-assisted online and a group-based intervention. I also work with mental health consequences of organizational changes.
