Liladhar Dhakal is a seasoned public health professional with over 15 years of experience in program planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation in rural settings of Nepal. Currently, he is a PhD student at Department of Public Health, Aarhus University, Denmark. His field of interest includes health system strengthening, the use of technology in health service delivery, and routine health information systems.
