As a research bioanalyst, I primarily work on cancer projects related to colon, bladder, prostate, and pancreatic cancer. My focus is on ctDNA and its detection in liquid biopsies using ddPCR. I am trained as a bioanalyst and have previously worked with cancer cytogenetics.
My primary responsibility is ddPCR, including mutation analysis of cfDNA. I also work with 10x single cell, both Chromium Next GEM and Cytassist Visium. Additionally, I am the TEAM coordinator for research and sample reception in the department.
