My research focuses on exoplanet host stars and the interplay between exoplanets and their host stars. I am interested in finding precise stellar parameters using, for instance, asteroseismology, studies of granulation and stellar models. This is particularly true for small stars, that is, stars that are smaller than the Sun.
I teach the elective 3. semester course called "Stars and planets".
I am an assistant professor at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, where I take part in teaching and supervision of students.
