In my role as team leader, I am responsible for the operational, personnel, and professional aspects concerning the project controllers and student assistants in Health Economics. I support the project controllers in their tasks, which include managing external grants and assisting researchers at Health with their research funding. I hold a Master’s degree in Management Accounting and Control (cand.merc. MAC) from Aarhus BSS and have several years of experience with project finance at Aarhus University, which enables me to effectively support the project controllers in their work.
As team leader, I am responsible for supporting the project controllers in their work at Health Economics, where they assist researchers at Health with financial advice regarding their externally funded research projects.
I also set the direction for task execution and our shared goals, which include ensuring professional and efficient financial administration and advisory services for the departments and researchers at Health.
