Current project investigates the relationship between pharmacological treatments and knee implant migration, a marker of long-term arthroplasty survival. Using data from 1500 knee arthroplasty patients, the study will employ radiostereometric analysis to assess the effect of 6 different medications on implant migration, with the goal to improve pharmacological therapy and reducing revision surgeries.
