I work with strategic HR processes and communication at AU HR, Development & Work Environment, and advise HR management. This means that I:
- advise on HR SharePoint and the use of HR's communication tools
- design and update websites in Typo3
- create agendas and guide the annual cycle in the HR leadership team
- consult on coherence, communication and effectiveness in HR processes
