Shwetha is an applied microeconomist studying education and inequality. Her research spans topics such as school choice, teacher and school value-added, free tuition program design, and higher education finance. She uses experimental, quasi-experimental, and structural methods in her research.
Shwetha is co-teaching two undergraduate courses: Econometrics of Policy Evaluation and Industrial Organization & Strategy.
