As an IT Supporter, I primarily work with technical support, troubleshooting, and preparing IT equipment. I have an educational background in IT support and experience with user support, hardware setup, and the operation of IT solutions in both Windows and Linux environments.
My main focus is on IT operations and support, including Microsoft 365, Intune, preparation and maintenance of PCs and mobile devices, as well as user administration. I also have experience with Linux, where I handle troubleshooting and provide support across various Linux distributions.
In addition, I work with print management, taking care of printer installation and configuration, print server administration, driver management, and user permissions, while ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting of print solutions.
