I have a PhD in Structural Engineering and deep passion for Cyber-Physical System Engineering. Therefore, my work develops at the interface between these two domains. My current projects aim at i) developing new testing concepts for wind turbine components based on Hybrid Testing and Optimal Design of Experiments ii) framing requirements, technology stack and algorithms for Digital Twins of Structures and Infrastructures. Beside scientific work, I enjoy identifying the business potential of the solutions with non-academic partners.
